try something like " Pack it Properly", "Let us help you save money", anything to get their attention. As a sales tool, try putting together a box/suppply kit for a 5 x 5 Unit, a 5 x 10, etc and giving them a discount if they buy the package. We have found that to be very helpful for the customers as many do not know how many boxes they will need, how to lable them, how to tape them, etc. and profitable for us.
Many of your supply vendors can and will help you with this and I would look up past articles in the ISS magazine to help you get some ideas.
