Default Target the physician offices too

Perhaps there is an opportunity to take advantage of the synergy between the pharmaceutical reps and their customers - the physician practices. The physicians are required by law to keep old records for specified periods of time and often don't have the space for them in their own facilities. You could create a brochure targeting both groups and offer incentives for cross-referrals.
