Since you have a great relationship with the bakery, why not make a deal with them. Suggest that you want to give out a $20 free baked goods certificate with every new rental. Offer to pay them $10 or $15 for each certificate used. They take a hit to their profit margins, but people will many times spend more at a retail outlet when the first $20 is free. You get a locally focused rental incentive and hopefully you both get new customers. Just a thought to enhance all the great things you are doing.
