Our ownership group of five, all have full-time careers so while we cover the bookkeeping and management responsibilites most day-to-day operations fall to our staff, which are all retired.

We have three retired gentlemen that work for us and it has really worked out well. They all live very close to our site and their wives love to see them out of the house for 4 or 5 hours a day a couple days of the week. We try and pay a little better than Walmart / Sam's greeters and we believe the job offers them a little more stimulation.

The one area where certain senior citizens don't do well is computers, one of our employees is a retired tradesman and he never worked with a computer before he started with us, so that has been his struggle, but our other staff review his computer work.
