10 day written notice, but we're pretty flexible. I also do what Storman does - I tell them when they are moving in that we don't pro-rate move outs, so it's in their best interest to move out as close to the end of the month as possible. If they move out on the 1st or 2nd, I might keep their deposit and call it even.
