We do 10 day notice but I don't do any deposit so it is a little hard to enforce but I finally have it pretty much under control. I just ask them very politely to let me know ASAP because I may have someone waiting on that size unit and they are really good about at least giving me a call that helps me know what I have coming up anyway.
