Alright over the years we have had several deaths happen to our tenants. Usually someone in the family comes by pays off and claims the belongings.

But we have one person that has recently passed that is going into lien now. We can't contact his wife. And have had no contact from anyone else regarding the units.

Do they just sell like normal, or is there some other kind of process that needs to be taken?
