Might want to check to see if a Will has been registered into probate. The filing is public record in most places I believe. A call to the probate court might point you in the right direction. The name of the executor is public record also. You can contact them and explain you have the deceased persons belongings. They will also record the lien you have and make payment when estate funds become available.
