You can have all the high priced amenities and free trucks, etc., but without a skilled and enthusiastic person on the other side of the desk/counter you will be disappointed. From handling inbound calls to doing an outstanding unit demonstration-sales presentation, it is the staff that is the primary difference between success and failure.
