We have a family owned incubator warehouse property that has some dark corners and seems to attract people dumping their trash. I have made numerous runs to the dump with the crap that people dump in the dark corners to save the dump fees. We increased the lighting and that only helped them make sure they got all of the crap out of their truck. The site fronts to a very busy freeway so at night you wouldn't even hear an alarm and there's nobody anywhere around to respond anyway.

My electrician mentioned that a pretty good deterrent is a motion sensing strobe light. Everybody looks when they notice a strobe light flashing, so we're going to try that. Hopefully the cops even come and check it out....
