I use a collection agency in some cases, like when customer does something shady (like pay their bill with a credit card online, remove their belongings, then do a chargeback), or when their contents are worthless and they have accrued a large unpaid bill. A&S Collections does a pretty good job and they work nationwide. Best part, you don't pay unless they collect and then, it's only a part of the total they got for you.
