We do the same here Autodoc we have one person on the lease and that is who we will give the code to. Not even if the wife came in with the husband when they were renting and we know they were together then. You just never know what has happen since move in. We do not keep keys on file unless they request it and sign a form and then it goes into a sealed envelope. We keep all responsibility on the tenant for there unit.
