A digital sign if you can get approval can help. As far as using technology to enhance the customer experience, digital video will give them a secure feeliing, intercoms will make women feel safer, kiosks add convenience (Insomniac) and your software should handle credit card payments, ACH (automatic checks) and online payments.
While I could not get sign approval, I use video from Flashback Systems, keypads from Alltec, and management software from Syrasoft. I have not purchased the Kiosk but will soon.
