After getting my invite to join this group and looking through it, looks like I decided to join.
Pa and I own a very small facility with only 32 units in extreem southwestern Missouri. We open them last February and we are at 95% capacity. We just wanted to suppliment our income and looks like we accomplished that.
We sure have learned a few things right off the bat with all of this, and I am sure there is a whole lot more for us to learn.
I am looking forward to this forum, I know I will be able to learn a lot.
