I love your area thought i was going to get into a vacation home or condo either on the cayman islands or in fla, or in gulf shores, but instead ended up after all the hurricanes investing in a sel;f storage facility in the ozarks where i live, my wife is from Kansas met her in Branson in 1983 , any way love your state, ps I'am going looking at a vacation home on the gulf next week dauphin island ever been there . thanks again for the welcome I have read some of your posts I added you to my buddy list, seems like you might be able to teach me a little bit about this storage business I only have built a 200 unit facility on phase one have room for another 100 or 150 units , not sure what we are going to do yet some maybe climate control ? what do you know about condo storage units, where someone owns there own and just pays me a rental fee or maintence fee ? thanks chuck email
