Hello!
Was hoping for some feedback on this issue. I noticed in my Lien Law for my state (Wa.) It says we shall provide an accounting of the disposition of the proceeds of the sale or other disposition to the occupant at the last known address. So my understanding of this document is pretty much some sort of reciept stating what the unit sold for? And remaining balance?
Does anyone have an example of this document they would like to share?
