Try this instead of investing in a truck. Give a rent credit instead. If a tenant uses one of the rental truck companies, give them a rent credit (discount) equal to the cost of the truck rental Limit the amount ($29.95 worked for me). Do not include mileage or fuel.

This saves you the cost of the truck, insurance and maintenance. Let the truck rental company do that.
