Hello,

I was wondering if anyone out there would be willing to share their "flow chart" for lien sales. By "flow chart" I mean a document that I can input the sale units down the side and then there would be columns along the top for: Late Notice sent, Pre Lien Sent, attempted phone call, etc, etc... That way I could initial and date each action for each unit and at a glance I can verify all appropriate steps have been taken. I work at a storage facility in CA if that matters.
