Amy, I think this could be a TOP 100 List!
1. Don't pay your rent until you are in lien, then come in sick as a dog sharing your germs!
2. Beat on my home windows with keys way past office hours for some extremely lame reason.
The best one ever; repetitive phone calls at 2:00 a.m., key banging on the windows followed about 20 minutes later. Tenant neglected to grab his foam cooler from his unit the night before and he was going fishing in two hours with his buddies.
The yahoo expected me to open the gates, turn off security and all for him at that time of the morning for a two dollar and fifty cent foam cooler. Needless to say this right? I sent him packing with no cursing (why I don't know) and an earful about the upcoming conversation we would be having about his continued relationship with our facility. Plus I sent him off to the bait store to fork out for a new cooler for his night crawlers!
