How to annoy a manager:

1.) Use every topic in the news as to why you can't pay -

had a lady the other day crying about her unit going to auction - her home had been foreclosed (her address has always been an apartment), she had been laid off, and her sister had that swine flu.

2.) "The other managers let me do it that way" - they've been gone for over three years!!!! Why do you think they are GONE!!!!!

3.) unruly kids - nothing more needs to be said.
