Default how do rv storage oper. get around liability ins.

i am a new operator/owner of an RV storage facility in La. and i have just been confronted with an insurance liability issue. even though my lease requires my tenants to furnish insurance on their rv's, my carrier for my liability just sent me a letter stating that all vehicles must carry liability. i own a class A and my liability is included in my policy because it is a drivable vehicle. now, two of my tenants have pull behinds that are pulled with different vehicles. i have contacted them and they are hestitant to provide their car or truck policies to me. anyone else having this issue:what do you do? also i have inquires that some people are looking at my closed in units with doors for record keeping, storing furniture, ect. how are you operators with self storage dealing with this issue? when someone rents are you asking for their liability from their homeowners insurance policies? if they are storing business records what do you get from them?sheryl
