I also think it is important to point out that both U Store It and Sovran have been very successful in attracting a great deal of new money via new stock offerings as well as structuring new joint ventures in the last 90 days. I sincerely feel that the positive reaction from the financial markets to support both of these established companies is a positive milestone for our industry at this stage of the economy.
