Default Adding on - what do you guys think of my layout

i am the new owner on this car wash and mini storage- within 2 months i was able to fill all 10 units due to the lack or storage units in the area (small town) so i have been thinking of adding on some more space- ( and it keeps me from mowing the side lot) here is some pictures of what i am thinking - arrows show the door directions

thought maybe an overall view would help

buggynutz:

Looks like you have gotten an OK layout planned. However, unless you have someone for the 20 x 12 unit I would break that up into smaller units since you are earning a higher rate per sq ft on the smaller units. Best of luck.

Hey, buggynutz. You might think about taking one or two of those back to back 10 x 15 and make a 10 x 20 and a 10 x 10 out of each. Gives you a wider range of sizes.

Buggynutz,

You didn't mention the existing unit mix to get a clear idea of the outcome. But, I do agree with Jim that splitting the 20x12 into a few smaller units might be a better idea.

Have you made a decision? What about some 5x5's? would those work in your area?
