Should I Buy An Existing Site or Build a New One?
Should I buy an existing site or build a new one? Many people that build a new project ask themselves that question up front.
Jamie Lindau and I just recently wrapped up a video that explores the topic by looking at two locations that were for sale at the time of the filming. We go through a long list of things a buyer should consider. And no I am not actually on the video, I stay behind the camera.
I would love to get some feedback from the group here on our little project. If you have about a half hour to kill (yes sorry, it is long!) I invite you to take a look and let us know what you think.
