Thread: Creating a financial projection

Hi Everyone,

I've been working on a new feature on our web site here at Trachte and would like to ask my friends here to the first people (outside of Trachte anyway) to try it out.

It's called the "Advanced Investment Calculator," and the idea is that a developer can enter in a specific unit mix, rental rates, and development costs in order to create a projection of cash flow, break even point, and even a valuation of the facility once it reaches a stabilized occupancy. The projections can be saved so you can come back later and work on them, or printed.

Oo, looks like an interesting tool. I think it will be interesting just to enter even our current sites and see what comes out. Once time allows I'll give it a whirl. Feedback to follow, thanks for sharing Steve.

I will give it a try. One quick comment. I would think through the idea that potential international customers might try to log in. Your set-up an account page is clearly targetted just for USA customers. I will send you a private message with my feedback. Thanks for shring the link with everyone.
