2010?
As the countdown to the beginning of 2010 is in its final hours, I am curious about everyone’s perspective on the year ahead. So I have created one of the SSTalk Polls for your reply. Let me know how you think your business will be doing in the year ahead. No one knows your name so you can be totally honest.
I for one will be glad to put 2009 in the rear view mirror.

I, like Wayne, am an optimist, a Pollyanna, if you will. Besides, I'm moving in January from a facility that is above 97% occupancy....to a new facility opening Jan. 11th (fingers crossed--barring an more delays) that is only at 3% (how's that number look
). Even though we're not open yet, I have 10 tenants!
Well, there's nowhere to go but up---right!!!! It certainly will be a challenge, but also an opportunity to "put my stamp on it"
It is a little intimidating but also a challenge!

We are hoping for a much better 2010. Our facility relies on Construction and Real Estate activity for a large percentage of our business. We have heard from solid sources up here, that there are several homes being built now. This is the opposite of last year, and gives me cause for optimism. Hope that I am right.
