A PA man attempted to store $300,000 worth of pot in a storage unit. He accepted a shipment from a couple of truck drivers, who happened to be undercover cops.

Turns out the guy used a fake business to rent the unit. What policies do you have in place to prevent something like this happening? How can you tell if biz customers are legit?

I am sad to say that sometimes you cant immediately remove people like him. Yes you can issue termination notices but if he wants to fight it out in court just to stick it to you sometimes you just have to stay positive and wait it out. I know a story where a man was dealing out of his unit. He has a license for medicinal marijuana and was growing the plants inside the unit. Because the plants were being grown, and not already processed the police couldn't initially touch him. The poor owner had to deal with a pot smelling facility and roaches everywhere until they finally called a narcotics agent. He confronted the man and pointed out that the facility owner could sue for obstruction of business, and that he was sure this guy didn't want everyone knowing where his stash was being grown. Remember there's no honor among thieves The individual moved out the next day and was never see again.
