June was another great month--23 move-ins and only 10 move-outs! Hopefully, this is a sign that the rest of the year is gonna be great!!

We were up! Things around here were smokin' hot in rentals, 44 in!! Bummer is that we had that many available to begin with. June was a Yahooo, Yippee kind of month except...

some yahoo (me ) scheduled an auction right at month end, knocked us back a couple of notches on the Richter scale. Good news is, those non-performing units already had paying customers waiting at the ready to move in, so July is looking up so far too. I love my auction buyers, but I was chomping at the bit for them to clear out the units.

54 in, 49 out...not too bad. Last month was better 89 in 22 out, gotta love those college kids! It's finally starting to heat up here in Oregon, hopefully so will the rentals!

We have had a few move ins, but I guess thats ok because we are completely full. Wish we did have some rentals to do it would make the day go by faster, but I guess dealing with CRAZY tenants does that for us

37 move-ins for the month, 2 move-outs! Closed month @ 35.8% area (still working towards raising occupancy at this new facility!) At close of month delinquency over 30 days 0%. Although good on paper, $1 move-in specials generate some people who will only use storage for the one month/$1..so we'll keep plugging!!
