Was July good, bad or OK for occupancy/sales at your facility?

What are you expecting out of August?

July was pretty good. Most of stores had a strong Net at the end of the month. Truck rentals were real strong and the only downer was we sold about 10 more units this July than last. The heat wave here in early July took a little steam out of rentals, but also slowed down move-outs.

July can go either way in my opinion depending on the 4th of July and where it lands on the Calendar. I think it was 2007 the 4th landed on on a Weds. We lost two weekends because it seemed half the people had M-T-W off and the rest had W-Th-Fr so everyone took advantage of the 5 day weekends and we wound up dead even for the month, which was a bit of a punch to the gut for a summer month. The 4th on a Sunday really helped this year.

August is looking good so far. We had a real strong weekend in North and Central Jersey.

June was phenomenal, July flat-lined, same #s at the beginning & end of the month. August is looking decent... so far.

April, May fabulous, June was good, July was really, really bad... August doesn't look any better!

July was great for us, we stayed at 100% for several weeks and had tio turn away several customers, august has not been as good so far, we have two empty units and getting very few calls.

Exactly the same here.

July was excellent, we reached a new high in occupancy.

The August hit, and we got slammed for several percent of downturn.

July was decent, August is looking better...but it's only the 9th!
