Managers in texas..
What method id legal for us to send liens out in Texas?
Are we allowed to use the firm book?
Our software prints the postage, and wefve just been sticking it in the Green envelopes marked Certified mail and hand it to the mail man. We keep a copy in the file of what we sentYouve got to learn to dance before you learn to walk. Ive come to a conclusion, drinking a beer after work leads to a nasty headache in the morning

If you are using the TSSA lease (2012) you can send an email. Otherwise it must be certified.

Were do we pick up more of the Certified envelopes? Are they free?

that is correct the TSSA lease allows for emailed Lien notices otherwise, must be certified.
