Hosting auctions at your storage facility
Besides just hosting an auction at your facility, has anyone else thought of using is as a marketing outlet?
Mark Lusky shared this great article with us that gave some tips on how to get more out of storage auctions. He also elaborated on some "due diligence steps" that should help you choose the appropriate auction company.
I am curious, how often do you hold auctions at your facility and what company do you choose? Have you found that there is more potential from them than just the selling abandoned units? How might you personally market them to increase general business at your facility?
