    Default Online Auction Website

    Hi everyone,

I have been contacted by Bid 13, an online auction website that seems to be specializing in self storage. Judging by what they currently have up, they seem to be located in the Toronto area. I'm wondering if anyone has either used them, or another similar website to conduct auctions.

Cam you provide me with feedback on how it went? Did you see an increase on what you got for units?

We recently started using storage battles, this will be our first online auction coming up at the end of the month. The website is pretty easy and it acts like ebay. A few of our stores are impressed with the bids so far..I will know more as we get closer.

This is very interesting. I'm sending out liens today, I think I might try an online auction at the end of the lien process. Please let us know how things work out with StorageBattles.com It looks like the bids are higher online for units that are similar to what I have sold in the past...
In no way affiliated with Storman software.

I also have heard good things about StorageBattles.com, pretty innovative idea if you ask me. The Storage Facilitator did a great piece where they interviewed the CEO of StorageBattles and asked him how he came up with the idea, how the site works and how it will benefit operators, among other things. If interested you can read the full story here.

I think they will do pretty well and I expect more facilites to start using their service.

You can also check out VirtualStorageAuction.com. It's a relatively new site. It offers the same platform as the others and it's totally free for the buyer and the seller.
