Progress Report
We are currently awaiting the results of a feasibility study which we have ordered.
After consulting some more experienced people in this industry, we decided there was no need to provide drive-thru access in/out of the bldg. The dimensions of 200'x150' and the presence of several existing exterior doors will allow us to provide convenient access to all units.
If the study is consistent with our internal market and financial analysis, then we will immediately begin engineering the site so that we can get thru as much of the permitting process prior to having to close.
