Am hopeful that we can get some feedback on which demographic software seems to be the best between the two. I have used Sites USA in the past for retail developments that we have done, but I know that some other self-storage developers have used Claritas. They appear to be priced about the same.

Any thoughts or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
