What is the best and cheapest way to obtain accurate demographics on a potential site. I have the average incomes and the housing mix. I am looking for an up to date count of the people. I am finding the cencus is ok but the numbers seem low. Someone mentioned postal routes stats and then compare the two. Any ideas without paying a ton of money out to a web site or a feasibility group. Thanks.
