Hello! Let me introduce my project. We have 5 floor building, 13123sqr f. per floor. h-3 meters. in building its 2 drive ups. and 2 stairs.
We decided to try to make storage on 1 floor. because its new for our market project. its only coming here. what you can say?
building is situated in center of district where living arround 700 000 peoples. sleeping district. where only 9-20 floors houses. City- capital of Ukraine Kiev. Population of city is arround 4 000 000 .
i can send floor plan.
also open air on the floor, behind colons is 19 f.

Glad to have you here with us. I would like to suggest that you consider building your first units on an upper floor. Since you are a new service in the City - potential customers do not know what to expect. So if you say to them your unit is conveniently located on the 2nd or 3rd floor it is all the same to them. Once you have rentals coming in on the upper floors, you can always build out the 1st floor because those units will be very easy to rent. In fact, you may be able to get an additional premium in the rental rate.

The most question : I have garage system of planing on the floor. I have 105 garage boxes on the floor. which type of planing on the floor is better?
which sizes of boxes for storage is better ? I will post here typical floor plan of my biulding today.
