We average 20 move-ins and 12 Move-outs.

It is just about to change. We hit 98% and only have 7 spaces out of 306 units. We can't grow like that any longer. We added 200+ renters in the last 2 years. It was 36% occupied when we bought it.

Our facility is not visible from a main road so our results probably are skewed. We get 70+% from the internet and almost nothing from drive by traffic.
