    Pac..if you send the envelope with keys with the require signature card...someone has to sign for said envelope.
    The signed green card comes back to you!
    If no one signs for the envelope....the envelope with keys comes back to your office UNopened..with keys and THEN it can go in the file.

            Ya had to bring up the one thing that strikes fear in me, "go all Jersey on you" !!! I'll probably have nightmares now.

              Update to my question. The tenants finally called back, scheduled a date and time and we got their "garbage" moved to another unit. It was about 98% garbage I hate to say. Not that it matters, it doesn't but the task is finally accomplished! Thanks again to all for taking the time to reply!
