I turn in close to 10 each night and hardly ever sleep past 4 am. The older I get the less I sleep later.

Ugh, I'm in bed by 9:30 at the LATEST (usually asleep on the couch with the dog before then), and up between 5:30-6:00 am. Out the door by 8:35.

Leave home by 8:15am to arrive on time before 9am (usually a half hours drive)
