So to be clear you are just looking for an actor and a movie title without any additional information? Or do you want a plot line or something to go with it to explain why the title and actor were chosen?

Excellent question, Randy. We've added to the question:

If they made a movie of your life, what would the title be, and who would star as you? Explain why in at least a paragraph or two.

This is a big prize. If you want to win, dazzle us!

            A Shaken Facade
            Starring Stevie Nicks

Somehow life didn't turn out as it should.
Going from upper class neighborhood, where you marry well and raise a family, to always picking the "Bad Boy" and ending up alone, with only myself to rely on, working in the storage industry.
The parties and free living are now in the past and every wrong turn is clear in the rear view mirror. The one thing that turned out right, I love the industry I find myself working in for the last 25 years. I have many hats as I counsel the people that are always in some type of transition as they walk through my door.
We will explore their lives through the lense of my past experience as I help them through their current crisis'.

                "Another Day" Starring Zac Efron
The plot of this movie takes place in Ann Arbor, MI in the summer of 2017

Entering into the work force as a District Manager of the local self storage facility people and situations come in all packages. First and foremost Ann Arbor is in the middle of University of Michigan college. A normal day is never normal when it comes to my tenants. From tenants utilizing units as a tailgating spot to finding medical student and drama students "cooking school projects" such as bodies wrapped in duct tape (not real bodies), tenants combatting with each other, to strange creatures from other countries (I found a spider bigger than a silver dollar, no lies, and had roughly 1000 babies. Kind of like a spider takeover) This action packed film will keep you on the edge of your seat.

THAT WOMAN starring Sandra Bullock (a comedy)

Sandra Bullock would play me because she is also witty, beautiful, smart, funny, classy, a bit crazy, and driven. This movie is based on a true story.

The movie would follow me throughout my life as I live all over the country “trying out” multiple business ideas (mostly with hilarious outcomes) until one day a business finally sticks: self storage! These are the things you will see in the movie:

At age 8 knocked on doors asking to check the mail for 25 cents, result: earned ice cream money and shared it with the entire neighborhood- I became REALLY popular that summer- as I soon had a group of friends working along with me! Result: it was a great summer!

At age 10 asked my mom to teach me how to iron and then without sharing with mom I answered a newspaper ad to iron clothes, result: my mom was left to iron hefty bags full of a business mans shirts- collected 50 cents per shirt and paid my mom a quarter! Result:
                  An entrepreneur was born!

At age 12 impulsively bought a bunch of plain sweaters at the LA garment district while on a Christmas shopping trip with my family for $5 each and sewed a lacy collar on them and sold every one of them at school for $10 each! Result: spending money!

At age 14 learned my mother’s friend was going to quit her weekend (cash paying) job watering plants at a local restaurant- talked her into giving me the job (without telling the owner because I was just a kid) and kept it for 4 months. Result: I was a rich teenager!

                  And as an adult:
Inspired by Ms. Fields success, made homemade cookies and hired a girl to sell them door to door around the holiday time. Result: ate a lot of cookies!

At 8 months pregnant, sold Poinsettia plants in the mall (that I got FREE when I overheard someone in a store in the mall trying to get rid of them!) – I even took checks! That was until the mall police sent me packing. Result: $150 in Christmas money raised in less than an hour!

Spent the better part of a year putting flyers on cars nearly 4 hours a day and signs all over the city (1 hour every night). Result: sold tons of vitamins and healthy shakes and made some money!

Built my natural botanicals company which has enjoyed enough success to afford me the opportunity to build my self-storage business! (I spent a lot of time around the self storage business as my parents have been long time managers). No matter whether a success or failure, we still laugh about all the “businesses” I tried out throughout the years. Here’s to America’s Best Self Storage- my biggest “try” yet!

"Yep, you heard me right," staring Melissa McCarthy

Every day I could write a book on the amazing, fun, crazy, unbelievable situations that I encounter. Some days I go home and think to myself, yes, that really happened! My movie would be a compilation of the best of the best situations that I have came across managing the storage facility. It definitely would be filled with the daily "regulars" that just need someone to talk to and need that one piece of candy from the candy dish or they will not be able to start their day on the right foot, the crazy lady that needs to move her items from one unit to another on a weekly basis so no one "finds her stuff", the guy who eats his lunch in his unit so that he can just look at his "stuff", and you can not forget to add the tear jerker of the lady that you truly made a difference in her life by holding her hand step by step through that horrible divorce.

My customers are my life. I am part of theirs and they are part of mine. The movie would either need a sequel or need to be a mini series, because every day there is something new happening in our wonderful world of storage. So much, that my family looks forward to my stories and often can not believe what I am telling them! I know that it would be an amazing movie!

                          "Learning More" Starring Macaulay Culkin

He started out in his 20's a single guy living in a 1 bedroom apartment. He began his career in sales and found either layoffs or bad luck with the employers until he met his soon to be wife. He moved into a house with her, her 2 kids, 2 dogs and they married. He went on an interview and met the man who took him under his wing. Things all come together as he navigates his new life in a new industry, new family, and people in his life. Watch the comedy and drama as he adapts from doing the things he did when he was single to living with new priorities. Enjoy the motivation as he moves ahead in his career and helps his boss add to his portfolio of business to now include Self Storage. Help him network with folks in his new industry as he tries to learn it from scratch. The sequel is great! Spoiler alert.....it involves Las Vegas

"You Have to Laugh" starring Jennifer Lawrence (dream big :>)

Making it out of foster care, adopted into a family and getting 5 older sisters and joining the Navy out of high school.
Meeting, who you think, is the love of your life, only to find after 20+ years of marriage and 2 great kids, that's he's a cheating, lying putz. Divorcing, flying home to California to remember how to be alone and fall into the storage business.
Enter a cast of characters who become life long friends, the ditzy blonde, the gruff grandpa who's done it all and the steady maintenance guy who can fix anything. Watch as they navigate the drama of self storage.
Watch as she goes through triumph, becoming her own woman and strong, until tragedy strikes in the form of her son committing suicide due to PTSD.
Doe she make it through the other side? You'll have to watch and see.

I was born to be wild, but only until about 9:00 pm.

The Fight of Our Lives starring Shirley MacLaine- I have always said I should write a book!!

Two people get married in their early 20's. Two toddlers later she tells him he needs to "do something for our future". As she's trying to figure out how to pay the power bill one day, he comes home beaming. "Well, I just bought 11 acres of land. I'm going to build some storage units." Collectively terrified they build them, run them, and eventually enjoy success. Until the recession hits. One by one, all of the couple's other investments go up in flames. To make matters much worse, even though the business payments are always on time, the bank sells their loan to a company who has no intention of servicing the loan. THEY WANT THE STORAGE UNITS, and will stop at NOTHING to get them. After 7 very long years of frantic worry, courtroom antics, begging other banks to finance the loan, (did I mention raising two toddlers?), a whole lot of tears and even more booze, the couple pays off the company after finally obtaining another loan. To this day, they remain the very proud owner/ operators of their storage "baby". But what a fight it was.The ups and downs while truly unbelievable at times, would make for a captivating drama.

Shirley MacLaine would capture what this wife/mother went through because she is a master of humor, which was sometimes all you have in these situations. She can also be convincingly serious, which is what this 7 years actually was. It was a fight for what was right when the whole deck seemed stacked against you.
