We are UP in February!!!!
We were able to gain a full percent in February! We actually have MORE move-ins than move-outs!

How is everyone else doing now? I'm feeling good! Feeling positive....ain't nuthin can stop me now!

Way Coolio!!! We took over here at the beginning of the year and we are up about 3 points!! I personally think **insert optimism** things are turning around. All we can do is hope.
Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?

We, also, were up for the month of February. Not just occupancy, (no vacates), but in collections. I threatened my dead beats, er late tenants, with lock cuts and auctions, and got a bunch to pay.

Thanks for the encouragement, shae, but we were down the same 5% in Jan.
I know it will get better, probably next month when the students begin to remember they have summer break and will need to store their things.

We're up in rentals and income for February also, so that's good. Geraldine, hang in there. If it makes you feel any better I've been speaking to people who are a lot worse off. Some areas are really down across the board in double digits. It's slow at our place now as the rains have reappeared. All we need to do is hang on for the good weather and snag more in than we let escape!
I'm thinking a 5-year notice to vacate requirement, ya think it would work?
