Talking Relay for Life

For anyone that knows what the Relay is, you know what a great cause it is. Relay for Life is a community fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. You set up teams and each team tries to raise a certain amount of money. Then, for one 24 hour period, we all come together to celebrate survivors and remember those who have passed. We do this with entertainment, games, and laps around the track/field/gym/wherever. It's a great cause and a fantastic fundraiser. I recommend everyone go to Welcome to the Relay Nation | RelayForLife.org to see if there is an event in your area you could get involved in. It's a great way to network with the community also!

If you're not interested in doing a team in your area, we are still trying to meet our $500 goal. So far we're at $35. If you would like to make a donation (charity, tax deductible) please visit our team page
The American Cancer Society - :
or email me beehivestorage@qwestoffice.net if you would like to make a donation smaller than $10 and I will get you what you need.

Let's fight cancer and celebrate more birthdays!
