Hi, Folks! I love the pictures. I will be presenting on the topic of pest management in self storage units at Self Storage World in March. As long as you're posting pictures, if you could see your way clear to post a picture of pest issues, I would be happy to address it eith here or in March or both. I would rather not guess at what your most important issues are.

Mice, mice and more mice! Our facility was build on farmland! We use bait boxes and tell tenants that they can put traps in their units if they want to, but I still have mice--although none in the office.

Wasps are rampant also (in the summer). They build nests everywhere (at the front door, in the mailbox, under the eaves of the storage buildings, in the rollup doors of units). I carry a huge can of wasp spray with me all summer long!

Ok, this picture is from our newest parking spot rental. Maybe we should start asking for pictures of the vehicles before renting the space?!?!? LOL!

(Oh, don't worry, the hubs found him the perfect spot!)
