Lightbulb Holiday Wish List for Your Facility

If Storage Claus could visit your facility and drop off some gifts that would make the business more successful or efficient, what would some of these gifts be?

Sure, we'd all like a Wii in the office, but I'm going to take away your fun here and limit this to business-related requests.

So, what's on your self-storage wish list?

Ok....falling leaves all around me....I daily sweep up every one in my aisles....the back of the lot I just sweep with one of those wide push brooms.
Therefore here is my "grown-up" Christmas list:

Yardman 5.5 HP OHV Chipper/Shredder/Vac has 3-Bushel Capacity:

    here is a pic :

And if it came with a p/time maint. person to use it, you wouldn't hear me complaining!!

P.S. And if Storage Santa asked if that is all, a night deposit box would be REALLY nice!!!

    Dear Storage Claus,

I hope you are the real thing and not a contractual disclaimer in disguise. But if you are real; I have been a very good girl this year. I've been super nice to my co-workers, my owners, my customers, my family and even all of the people here on SST. I know some of the boys here have been a little mischievous, but they're really good at heart. Please don't leave them any coal.

What I would really, truly and honestly love to find in my Christmas stocking this year is a gift card to completely remodel our office. Everyone hangs out here anyway, but we'd like to make it an even nicer welcoming, comfortable place to for people to unwind and decompress from the stresses in their lives.

I don't want to be greedy at all, but if the gift card included letting me remodel our bathroom with a really big soaking tub while we're remodeling anyway I'd be the happiest girl on the face of the earth! See, that's me smiling really, really big and happy.

If you can't make any of these things happen that's okay too; they're just things we'd want, but nothing that we really, really need. Some of my friends here really do need things or even a really good job, so please take care of them first. Thank you Storage Claus!

    Love,
    Gina

Either more tenants, or the ability for them to be able to pay their bill through our website/online.

All I want for Christmas? Peace on earth, good will towards men, and my children, grandchildren, and great grand safe and well. Anything else would be asking too much.

I know I get off track occasionally, (most of the time) but I couldn't help myself. Business wise I can only wish for a new employer or a lightning strike that changes my current employers' attitude. That said, I would like working cameras, a new gate controller, new doors, a new roof on three buildings, a rare tree disease that affects only the trees around the perimeter of the facility (tired of leaves, cleaning gutters) a patio, you know not much, just everything on the lists I have submitted for years.
