Default Needing new ideas..

Hello from across the pond. My Texan Wife (Cathy) and I started our first Self Storage Facilty over here( England ) three years ago. Its been going really well and we have been talking about starting our second. We have raised our own funds for this but are holding off for a year or so due to the property market cooling off this year. The first one is now fully run by a really good Manager and two other staff. The team we have are great. My dilemma is that I am the guy that designs and builds all the fit out (due to my construction back ground). We want to find some add-on's, to add to what we already do. Storage, Boxes and Tape etc, Document Storage and offices. I am in need of a project and have the funds and space etc etc..You guys and girls are the time served experts over in the U.S.A. What else can we build to rent to people???? Please help, boredom is my worst nightmare

Default Add On's

Keith;

Sounds like you should be looking for your next storage project. Most of the ad on's, document storage, incubator offices, etc add marginal income. Unless you have determined there is a strong market for these, stick with the basics.
Will you be attending the FEDESSA show in Rome? You might getsome ideas there.

David

Default Conferences

We have been to the conference in Prague and also in Miami. The UK one is very small, im sure it will grow with time. Does anyone know when the next one is in the USA? The Miami show in november 2004 was five days full of info. We are thinking of coming back this year.
