So, I've had this idea...

I have a full service commercial relocation company that specializes in local relocations only. I was wondering if any of you run a moving company out of your self storage location. Local service only companies operate 26' trucks as their largest truck. I know a lot of companies have moving warehouses, but it seams feasible to park a 26' trucks in an RV locker and run the moving and self storage company out of the office with one secretary and a manager for both companies living on site. Has anybody tried this? I would LOVE to hear your professional, experienced thoughts on revenue effects, lender requirements, and any other problems or benefits you could foresee.
