Hi all, I have as yet not posted a thread, only been a member a few days. But it is hot here in Sunny AZ and it is slow. I manage an independantly owned facility of about 675 units/parking. I have been in storage management about 8 years now and really do love it. I think that of all the positions I have had over the years, this is the most rewarding with all the personal contact with the customer base. It is so nice when someone thanks you in their own special way and it is even nicer when you can see a customer's outlook change from when they first come into your office. That is instant gratification in my book and there isn't too much today that we can say gives instant gratification. That is all for now. I look forward to reading from you all in the future.
