I'm an architect in Florida and we have prepared plans for over 250 facilities over the past 8-9 years. I hope they keep building them.

I'm a Site Planner who specializes in self-storage projects. My site plans show the best use of a particular piece of land taking into account required setbacks and easements. My site plans will show a generic unit mix with recommendations that it be adjusted based on local market conditions. Most of my customers are referred by a builder in Colorado and a Feasibility Professional in Florida. I'm usually the first stop before hiring an architect or civil engineer.
