My husband and I are resident managers of a 500+ facility in the Austin, Texas area. We have been in the industry since February 2006 and really enjoy it...well...most days.... We switched employers this past fall and are totally "happy campers" at this point. We're still cleaning up the place, administratively and otherwise, but settling in nicely to our lovely residence, the facility, our tenants, and the community. Wow....we get paid to do this?
