I just signed up with Safe Stor to use with site link and will be starting to sell the coverage on friday I think. I will let you know what I think.
The way they work is it is a pay with rent option. At the end of each month you run a insurance report from site link and you see how much you have collected. Then you send Safe Stor 75% of the amount and you keep the other 25% as your cut. The main reason I picked them is because they are who bob at site link recommended. |

That sounds like a lot of extra work and with the busy season around the corner, I sure wouldn't want to be wasting my time with that.
Why not alleviate all the hassle running an insurance report, calculating how much you made, and sending the remainder into the insurance company, by signing up for Webselfstorage Management Software? I currently use Webselfstorage and Safestor Insurance comes with the software package. What that means, is that I don't have to fill out and send in any paperwork, which saves me precious time and energy, and instead of 25%, I actually receive 30% of the monthly premium each month the customer is using the insurance, and I get paid on a daily basis, so there is no waiting for my money. My suggestion to make it easier on yourself, your managers, and your customers is to sign up for Webselfstorage and offer Safestor Tenant Insurance. Regards, HMC |
